I usually do my own nails but I wanted to spend some quality time with my daughter so we decided to try this salon as it was closer to my home. I made an appointment at 9am for mani, pedi, and eyebrows the apointment was set for 3:30pm. Upon arrival there were only two people already being helped so that was great, after that everything went down hill, the one guy was filling both foot spa and preparing then it became a marathon of how fast can we get these people out. The lady that did my daughter's foot dropped the scrub on the floor , picked it up from the floor and quickly continue to use it on her feet. Worse experience ever. I would not recommend this place even if they were giving free treatments.

84 dollars for two mani-pedi's regular polish........ unheard of lol.
I AM HORRIFIED! This place does not deserve 1 star. The entire time I was in this facility my anxiety was at 100 even though the goal was to relax. I've never been to a facility in Miller Place that treated me the way Angel Tips Spa did today. I truly felt I was judged based on the way I look and it was shameful.
Before the woman began she shouted across the facility to the owner to clarify that the polish I choose would be an extra two dollars being sure that I was aware..... After this was clarified as I was already aware. The woman rushed through my 20 minute pedicure, she dropped the pumice, picked it up off the floor and continued using it. Completly putting half effort into every step.
She also rushed through my manicure as well, barely touching my skin I couldn't believe it! I tried to make eye contact in disbelief and she didn't dare look at me the entire time. She was clearly aware of what she was doing. After she realized that I'd be the one paying for my guest she doubled back and tried to correct her mistakes on my hand. At this point I made up my mind she wasn't getting a tip.
It's fustrating when you walk out as a paying customer knowing you could've painted your own hands and feet better.
Message to the Owners:
A lot could be done rather than putting up clear shower curtains to ensure the safety of customers as well as care. SLOW DOWN and make conversation and don't expect to get tipped if you cannot provide adequate and respectful service. I will NEVER be coming back here.

I have been coming here for so many years to get Brazilian waxes done. The usual staff member that works on me wasn’t there, so I went to a new woman (which I have no problem with). Her and her fellow employee made me feel like such an inconvenience and hurt me so bad I almost fainted (keep in mind, I am very used to the pain of this waxing process, but this was unbearable)!! They kept shaming me for my amount of hair (which wasn’t a lot at all) and refused to speak to me. They told me they had to turn away customers because I was taking up so much time. I could tell they were laughing about me too. Not to mention, I now have a large blood blister from them waxing my skin too much for over an hour!!!! Never going back again!! Very disappointed!!:(

I will never be going back. Every single time they are rushing and do a horrible job. I just got the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, it looks like there is half a coat of polish. The powder gel that I got on my nails is ridiculously thick and I specifically asked for it thin. I asked for a white glitter and it looks like clear glitter glue. I have tried so many times to like this salon because it’s so close to my house. But it’s so bad I would rather drive. They’re always rude and never do a good job

Love this place! Staff and owner are always super friendly and my nails come out perfect every time! They are also taking so many good safety precautions during this time of covid!
