Thank you for the last minute nail appointments yesterday. You’re all so professional! Great polish choices (not old and globby), very clean and very very nice people. My daughters nails are fun and my toes are once again right with the world! Thanks we’ll see you again!

Though my encounter with this poorly managed salon was a bit ago, I still find it important to warn others of this particular establishment. I called fairly late in the day (July 3rd) seeing if there were any appointments for the same day available. I wanted a full set and a pedicure. She informed me they only had time for one or the other, so I opted for the full set. Upon arrival I was informed due to a no show I could have both services performed. My pedicure was the same as any other I’ve gotten done, except for the smudge I left with and the quickness the polish chipped. My full set was done in a rush, my nails were so sore after due to over filing, and my skin surrounding the nails were raw from neglence. Even more upsetting is that the simple ombré I asked for was done so sloppily, the blending of the two colors was far from seamless and almost comical. I left $83 down and incredibly unhappy, but to further disappoint two nails have broken, after 1 week, I engage in no activity that would cause stress to my hands and nails, so I’m left to believe that poor application is why they have broken. I’m utterly disappointed and extremely dissatisfied.

Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 times I’ve made appointments at this establishment for a fill I had to wait for over 40 minutes. I can understand if I didn’t have an appointment but I did have one and still waited. The communication between the staff and owner is lacking too. The nail technician took a women that had a 12:30 appt instead of me that had a 12:00. I told her I had the 12:00 and rather than taking me she continued with her and simply said sorry. My time is valuable too 😕

I used to really enjoy coming here and it was the best day out of my week. They do a great job, if they remember to write down your appointment. And even if you have an appointment it doesn’t even matter. I’ve left this establishment feeling like an inconvenience three times now and I can say I am never coming back. The service is terrible and all I have ever tried to be is friendly and accommodating even when my appointment was asked to be pushed back, and wait for an hour. What a shame.

I drive over a hour every month to get my nails done here for the last 6 years! This shop is the best!
