I waited well over an hour in the pedicure chair and was never helped. My grandma was with me and she was helped after a half hour. I asked the technician to give my grandma the Deluxe Pedicure. The technician rolled her eyes at me. She didn’t cut my grandmas nails. Only filed them. Sprayed alcohol on her feet, rubbed them for like 2 minutes and walked over and helped someone else without saying anything. The person they helped had just came in and me and several others had been there over an hour waiting. One girl had acetone on her fingers the whole time and they never came back over to remove her gel. It wasn’t until I was getting up to leave that someone walked up and said I would be helped. This is the worst nail experience I have had in my life.

I literally came in Just to get my toes painted! It was around 9am the lady there was rude she painted my toes and was very rough and asked me to “Move” so she could move the towel under my feet instead of saying “could I” their was no one else there so there was no need for the rush she than bleached the floor while my toes were drying and I damn near fell on the way out........I won’t be going back

The woman who did my toes did NOT know how to use ANY of her utensils. I’m not being rude or exaggerating. She filed my toe skin and not the toe nail, she ran the cuticle clippers along my cuticles and butchered my toe nail with them. Then the polish was done sooooooo. Sloppily. Like 🤦🏾♀️, I don’t even know. The end result looked like I had worn the polish for weeks and it was the beginning of the nail polish chipping. I kid you not, the place is already over priced at 25 dollars and the work didn’t match that. Don’t even walk in

I got my set filled in and replaced one nail that was dangling by the glue which the technician ripped off... The new nail wasnt even fit before she put glue on so it doesn't match whatsoever. She also made it much shorter than the others. The paint job not to mention isnt smooth either.
Save your money and go elsewhere
