1st time there. Owner and most of the staff were friendly, spoke English and professional. The cost is higher for the services compared to most other nail places. If you have dry feet or cracked heels... plan on leaving with them still. And plan on an extra $1 tacked on for the file used ( and your souvenir to keep)... not that $1 is issue they just do not communicate this. Not impressed. I'll stick with Phanny's

Great salon! Staff is super friendly and takes the time to do a quality job. I went for the first time this last Friday, and my mani still looks awesome (For me, even the shellac polish peels after the 3rd day) 100% Recommend!

Hands down the most amazing pedicure. It was worth the 60ish $$$ for 1.5 hours of great service. Very relaxed!

The girl that did my nails did not was shaking. Firstavol they I walked in and they said to wait 20min and then gave me to this girl that seemed to be here first time. And then when it came to decided how much to charge me even though I already knew the price the realized I spoke Spanish and over charged me even after I said the price was wrong to the service I got so I took off from the tip for lying. The place is super nice but the costumer service lacks SERVICE this was my first and last time in this place. 3 days later and they still did not complete the charge on my card after saying they accepted Amex and on the last minute said they did not saying I could only pay with Visa. Be Polished never again

I visit Fort Myers each winter and dread having to find a nail tech. No longer! This salon is friendly, clean, efficient and hard working. I called late in the afternoon and no one was available, but wait, yes, the gentleman on the phone said, ”We can if you can be here in a half hour.’” Someone who was ready to go home stayed later than intended to work me in. Little extras were nice: the offer of something to drink; suggestions on sun screen to ward off my sun rash; hand lotion and short hand massage; nail files that are not reused on multiple clients.
