So this is my 3rd time to the salon. Eric did my friends nails the first time. The job was so bad. They gave her a refund. The second time I went John was working, did my nails very well. I went the 3rd time hoping John would be there. Instead I got Eric. I prayed he would do well. He blobbed tons of acrylic down and then had to hand file it down. My nails came out super thick on some and thin on others. The edges were jagged and lumpy. When I asked him to fix it. He became upset. So I asked him not to be angry and said I'd just like them to look decent. I took the file and filed off the lumps under my nails, filed the tips and smoothed the sides. He was mad. There was acrylic all over my skin. I didn't say anything else. I could tell he was mad. I didn't want it to get worse. He was rushing. The gel has air bubbles in my nails since he rushed and I did a white and there are specs of other colors in it. The nails are different shapes. I'll never go back again. Looking for a new salon.

First and last time. As I walked in the service was great. As soon as other three customers walked in, one of the ladies, began to.rush. My pedi was done with in 12 minutes. I talked to one of the ladies and they just began to talk in their own language. Hard to get a customer, Easy to lose one.

I called first to make a manicure appt. Since Kim was given good ratings, I asked for her. They seemed a little confused when I arrived, but it worked out. They seem to have a steady clientele.
