They don't care much about costumer.. My eyes was red twice.. Very weird bc never happened bf since I have eyelashes extensions for years and I know how to keep clean and nice mine.. Didn't do much about.. Bad costumer service. Just go to the doctor goodbye! Never called again! 85.00 for a reffil plus 15.00 tips. So 100.00 just to get my eyes all red for 65 days twice.. Nice!

Such a relaxing and pretty place to go. I look forward to my appointment every time and I love my lashes! I don't think I will ever be able to go without them. Everyone is so sweet and friendly! Highly recommend!!

I got my lashes done here and they look great, no complaints about that at all. But its seems like they need to hire some extra hands and/or practice better customer service.
I don't live close and I usually give myself about an hour to get there even tho it only takes 40 minutes. However when I went to leave my house my GPS was saying it would take 90 minutes (there must have been an accident on the highway). So I called an hour before my appointment to try to reschedule to a later time, no answer (called twice), left a message.
I got a call back later and the woman was reprimanding me for missing my appointment. So I apologized and explained that I called an hour before my appointment and told her about the traffic problem and as I tried to reschedule she continued to berate me and said that if I miss my next appointment she would charge me double!! At which point I said "No thanks".
Don't treat your customers like children... you're running a business.

Truly Amazing! Ming is very nice and does a wonderful job. I constantly get comments on how real my lashes look.
