We could not get our usual manicurist and pedicurist so were directed to 2 new ones. Both my daughter and my shellac manicures were disappointing. My had bubbles and was pulling up on edges in 2 days and my daughters had polish all over her nail skin. Our pedicures were okay but she did not get either of our feet smooth and we were juggled between other clients coming in the door even though we had an appointment. Very disappointed. The ladies were Ivy and Spring. I cannot recommend based on the service and manicures. They were nice but we did not get what we paid for at all.

Fantastic Experience! We walked in without appointment, and the people treated us like Royalty! Very clean, very professional, Great Customer Service! I am very impressed with the art work they put on my wife's nails! We showed ladies one picture of the design we wanted, she made it look Amazing! Other customers we talked to drive here from outside cities to get their nails done, that's because Nails Etc is that good. I highly recommend this place 😀 We will always come here from now on!

Overpriced, decent nails. Walked in with a friend to get a refill on mine and a full set for her. The girl that started doing ours was very, very slow and didnt seem to be experienced whatsoever. Other lady moved her on and scoffed at her as she began to do my nails herself. Anyways almost two hours later for a slow, mediocre experience... not what I wanted to say for an 80$ visit

I have never felt so discriminated in my life. This is now the second time I go in trying to get a full set done and I end up waiting for almost an hour with nothing done. I always try to go during the week when they are the least busiest. The first time I went in I waited for about 40 minutes and then a white lady comes in and they sit her right away. I was pretty upset because I had been waiting there for so long but they told me she had an appointment. Even though I was still hurt from last time I decided to give this place a second chance. Big mistake. I waited there again for about 40 minutes. Even though one of the co-owners was there sitting doing nothing. A white lady walks in asking for a mani and pedi and the co- owner finally gets up and takes her to a chair in the back. I decided to wait because maybe she had an appointment. A second white lady walks in for a mani and again they take her first. However this white lady points to me and says I was there before her. They tell her they can finish with her faster since she only wanted a buff. As soon as they were done they take her back for a pedi and they start on her pedi meanwhile I’m still sitting there waiting for my turn. I ended up walking out again because after an hour I thought that was enough. I am posting this review so they know all people should be treated the same or at least establish a better form of communication with the customer.

Awesome customer service....1st time and definitely come again because they really took their time and didn’t rush “the experience “... ask for Spring and Bee works out of San Marcos location.😊
