Everyone is very nice. They do a great job with waxing. While I got my nails painted one time it started to chip only a couple days later and the nail wasn’t completely covered in paint. I would recommend getting a waxing over getting nails painted.

Well went to get me and my daughter's nails done. Thought it would be a nice experience for her to get her nails polished. I told them she is four I just wanted her nails polished soo the lady takes her to polish so I thought, I hear her crying she comes over to me with her nail bleeding 🤨 The lady tried to file my daughter's nails. She said my daughter had soft nails nobody said file her nails anyway. They apologized and gave her a soda. So now my daughter is scared to have her nails polished.

Please note that I was visting the Richmond area I decided to get my feet done. I was extremely impressed with the service. I am not surprised that they have a long base! Two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

Best place to go for mani/pedi. Staff is great. The owner and Seven are wonderful. I never went anywhere else while I was in Richmond. Miss them!
