I visited this location for a laser hair removal consultation and was able to get my treatment started the same visit. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and well organized. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the consultation process. The consultant I spoke with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the procedures. However, the presentation felt very much like a sales pitch and it took quite a while before I was presented with the cost of my treatment plan. I was in the consultation for about an hour before receiving the breakdown on the cost. While the price of the treatment was quite a bit more than I expected, even during a "huge sale", I am still pleased with the service I received and cannot say enough nice things about the office staff.

Excellent place to get laser treatment. Everyone there is friendly and easy to work with. The RN that gives me my treatment(Her name is Hope) is excellent and genuinely cares about me and my treatments.

High level of customer service. They have went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and get her in and out quickly.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and efficient, however the service doesn't necessarily work as designed. I received laser hair removal treatments for 1 1/2 years on my back and shoulders, however about 9 months after completion, a significant amount has already grown back. Treatments are very expensive so just be forewarned that you may not get the results you're hoping for.
