I went back after a long break against my better judgement and I encountered the same issues...so never again! You book an appointment in the morning for one person, then they question if you called and asked for them when you get there. Its not the clients fault if the person who answered didn't take the name down of who you request! They made me wait over 45 minutes, gave attitude and assigned someone for the pedicure that left me with uneven toe nails. The fill wasn't sealed on the sides on some nails, old nail polished that lost shine upon drying and side borders weren't all painted. It was the worst and last time I visit. The few dollars saved is just not worth the poor service and quality. Its been a slow decline and it showed with how little clients walked in on a Saturday afternoon!

You may have to wait a bit, but definitely worth the wait... haircuts are wickedly precise... should be paying a helluva lot more for this attention to detail.

I go to Friday Nails because of their reasonable rates and proximity to my home. The manicurists give adequate service and it's not an especially friendly environment, but more importantly for me, it's affordable.

Ladies very bad service !!!!! Please be careful when you go to this place it is so filthy I went to get my nails done and there was roaches not clean nor safe you can catch any infection and ladies are not very pleasant for your good becareful

Very bad customer service. Some workers do a great job like the lady who cuts hair, she always is very polite and has a smile. But besides her no one has no manners. If you say thank you they don’t say anything back. If you have a question you actually have to repeat your self like 2 or 3 times because they don’t care what you say the first time. Anyhow that is my opinion hopefully it helps someone not having a bad by going there😉
