I had a great experience! I went for wax services only. I was looking for a new location, as the nail salon I previously went to be moved. Amanda did an excellent job. I told her that I was new, and she told me each step she was taking before she proceeded and asked me before putting anything on my face. The prices are great and they are posted online which I really loved, so there was no question. When you walk in, you are greeted by someone that is friendly and assists you with signing in. I thought everyone there was nice and professional and I would definitely go back. I found somewhere that I would go and even get my nails done and I don't really like to get my nails done. This is an excellent place to go and get work done.

US Nails is my favorite nail salon in Charlotte! It's a smaller space which gives it a more personal vibe and less overwhelming than some of the larger salons. My favorite nail tech is christie, she has an impeccable work ethic and always makes sure that my nails look great! She knows all of the latest trends and I love that she gives suggestions on colors and designs. I often get compliments on my nails and it's all thanks to her, she rocks!

Spa is beautifully decorated, clean, and pleasing. Staff is so accommodating. They worked me in on short notice and even had time for a manicure after my pedicure. Amanda was great and I'll see her again. Thanks for the great service! It's really nice to have such a nice spa that is so convenient to my home.

I was blown away by the spa. The decor is very spacious clean with modern design. My technician gave me the most amazing pedicure I've ever had in my life. The staff was really nice and friendly, I'll be coming back here for sure!

This is the best spa I have EVER been to. The cleanliness and the atmosphere is top notch. The owner is incredible with how well she runs her salon! They use disposable tools, so that was a plus. I told My tech to be very careful with my cuticles since they are sensitive and bleed easily. She did an amazing job!! Prices are very reasonable! Will definitely go back!
