HORRIBLE! My cuticles have sores, my nail beds are damaged, and nails all coming off in 2 weeks after spending $152. They want to give a discount saving I took too long to come back. They should know it is not safe to get nails done that are damaged. They just want money. Save your nails and go somewhere else!

So I’m here on a Saturday morning.. I came in earlier this week looking for Tony .. the lady said he wasn’t here check back at the end of the month however i came back to see if they could still do something to my nails because they are falling off..
So the woman that was there was rude and said Tony isn’t here I said okay I know she asked what did I want I said a full set and a pedicure..
She said okay..an hour and a half had passed and I’m now in the chair getting a pedicure and she comes over and asks what color I wanted I said white and asked if I could show a picture she said yes I showed her and she said no she can’t do it it was a short white set square with a little dip in the nail .. I said okay something short she said I can’t do your nails ..
I said okay well why did you have me wait this whole time and not tell me you couldn’t do it…
Love this shop but maybe getting some people that have a little versatility so that people aren’t turned away for something somewhat simple..

My nail technician Jasmine is amazing..... Im sooo glad she is young and know all of today's nail techniques and styles...... Now that Jasmine is gone this nail shop sucks. Hardly any of the techs listen to what you want and they always know everything but never do my nails according to what I say. They have entirely to many stations and people in 1 place. It should be against the law to put this many people in 1 place. Did I mention CoVid is here to stay….
