I took my sister there today for a basic pedicure (she was gifted a certificate) we even showed the gal her certificate that had the basic pedicure price on it. We called in and made an appointment for both of us to get just basic pedicures. We got there about 15 minutes early, 1 chair was open and the other was occupied by an older gentleman. So I let my sister go first. Once the older gentleman was done they put water in my foot tub and it was SCALDING hot. I asked if we could cook it off. So she turns on the cold water and drains the hot water until my water is ice cold and walks away and never came back. This is when I should have just left but my sister wanted her pedicure so I stayed. I sat in cold water for 40 minutes while 1 lady did my sisters toes. She cut her toe with a nail file in the process. Finally she comes to do mine and she barely scrubbed my feet, she rubbed my legs down with lotion (max of 30seconds) and then wiped it all off with a towel. Painted my toes. Done. At that point I was annoyed but hey, you get what you pay for I guess 🤷🏻♀️ so I go to give the gal my sisters certificate and then I would pay for mine in cash. She told me I owed her 44 dollars. I almost choked and said “excuse me but the price is 19.55” and she told me I was wrong and I got the classic pedicure not the basic (which was 27$) I told her no we scheduled for basic pedicures and that was all that we got. She then asked the other gal if she massaged us and she told her that she did. I told her that she did not, she rubbed our legs down with lotion and that was it, there was NO massage. And she said to me “ya that’s a massage” I paid the money and left but I was extremely upset. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out. I wish I never wasted my money there.

I have been to several nail salons before I came to Simply Perfect. My nail tech Prezi is very professional, friendly and does a great job. I am attended to on time and my nails look fabulous. I could not be happier.
