I have always had fantastic customer service!!! When I reported a mold issue inside my car it was repaired immediately. There could not be a better insurance agency than Farm Bureau in Henderson County, NC.

Never have I met insurance agents like these guys and gals here. I had one agent there drive all the way to where I was working just so I could sign some papers to buy a truck. I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere with any kind of professional services agency. They really do treat you more than a customer, more like a professional friend. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Not sure what happened to the previous customer who rated this a 1 star, but we have only great experience with the agents here. They are very helpful and would bend over backwards to assist us with our needs.

I would advise people to stay away. These agents don't care about having a buisness relationship with there customers. They will burn you if you ever have to deal with a claim. I will be spreading the word all over Henderson county.
