They do good nails but really need to clean the place... I love going to get my nails done but when I look around how dirty everything is it’s kind of gross... the sinks the garbage pails , the floors , they really need to clean that place up... I’m surprised to see the people never cleaning up there stations when they aren’t busy all they do is sit on there phones ..

I usually get my mani/pedis at an upscale salon but I needed a redo fast. Staff is friendly and the services are clean. You will not get as much of a massage and your feet won't be as moisturized but what do you expect for a $30 pedi

I took my husband and 17 year old son here for their first pedicure. It was great! The owner was very gracious and the girls that took care of us were fantastic! They made us laugh the whole time. I highly recommend Northville Nail Boutique!

This is the first review I have ever written, but I felt the need to share my experience here for others to see. My nail tech was Molly, she was rude, judgemental of where I was from, and did a sub-par job on my manicure.
I'm from Redford, a poorer part of Michigan, and when I expressed that, she asked what I was doing here in Northville in a very snobbish tone - strike one for me. She then proceeded to tell me to wait 5 minutes for my nails to dry before she put a top coat on them. I obliged, however, she then sat on her phone for 20 minutes as I sat there, alone at the desk.
Jumping ahead to after my nails were finished, she again left me alone at the desk for another 10 minutes, and I had to call over another tech to help me cash out - mind you, my nails were dry, so she wasn't waiting for them to dry.
I overheard the other tech calling Molly to tell her I needed to be cashed out, and instead of coming to me personally, I overheard her telling the boutique assistant to take care of it, and to clarify, she wasn't busy, she was sitting in one of the pedicure chairs on her phone again, apparently too lazy to come cash out her customer.
Terrible experience and I will not be recommending this place to anyone, in fact, I will be telling them to stay away, as my whole experience was awful, and this is only my side of the story, I had a friend with me that had an even worse experience than I did.
