Among the worst nail salons in the area! Would not recommend to anyone nor would I ever return. Explore ALL other options before choosing to go to this place

I have been going to this nail salon for years and had the absolute WORST service I have ever had today. I went in for SNS as usual, Lynn sent me to an older man who appeared to be newer there. I was hesitant, because I don't like just anyone doing my nails, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did a horrible job, cut me multiple times and didn't even bother to apologize or try to make me feel comfortable! I had to have Lynn file my nails and remove the cuticles around my finger nails before I left. Once I left I realized they were a lot worse than I thought. My nails had no consistent shape, different lengths, I had a few really thick nails and some very thin nails. I went back to have my nails fixed, at least shaped correctly. I waited an hour before Lynn had her husband ask me if I could come back. I explained that I am not happy with my nails and they were paid for, I would like for them to be satisfactory. It came down to them refunding me and removing the SNS. The same man who messed up my nails wrapped them in acetone, which burned all my cuts, I could barely stand the sting. They left me sit there for another 20 minutes while they worked on customers who came in AFTER me. I finally confronted them and let them know I needed the SNS removed so I could continue on with my day. The man yelled that I needed to keep the wraps on to remove the polish. I explained that I couldn't because it burned. He began yelling that he did not cut me and he wouldn't remove my SNS. That was it for me, I began to walk out and Lynn stopped me to say "I'm sorry." I'm sorry did not fix my nails. I walked out with cotton balls dried to my nails and SNS still on my finger nails. I had to go to another nail salon to get the rest removed. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. This is not how you treat customers.

Came here with a friend to get acrylics. My nails were done quick and beautifully. Can't wait to come back for a full in and some sparkle maybe get my feet done

This is my favorite nail salon. They're perfectly clean and do exactly what you ask of them. I see Lauren.
