I had an amazing experience here! I have gotten dip nails at many different places, and usually around week two a nail ends up lifting or falling off, but today is the end of week 3 and not a single nail has chipped, lifted, or even budged. I’m really hard on my nails so this is mind blowing! They also did a great job filing my nails into the shape I wanted and they were fast. Great attention to detail. I will be coming back when I’m in the area.

My nails always come out perfect! They are great at remembering customers and treating you well. Super clean and relaxing environment.

Alright guys, I don't usually post Google reviews but felt compelled because I don't want other women to walk out feeling the way that I felt today. I decided to give this place a try because I have a special occasion that I wanted to get my nails done for. I always tip very well, so when I'm treated poorly it's frustrating to spend $80-$90 on poor customer service and mediocre work. Tanya was the one that did my nails. There was no sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. I received alot of attitude and cursing under her breath when explaining how I wanted my nails done or fixed. At a certain point it was obvious she wanted me out so she could have her next customer. This salon is also more expensive compared to other locations, and quality of work is the same or less. Again, I can't speak for the whole salon, just my personal experience with Tanya. They need to improve on customer service because I most definitely won't be back.
I will say that they have a wide selection and are very clean, so if you're looking for more options and could care less how you're treated... this is your place.
