I went to this shop as a last minute thing because the shop I usually go to was all booked. When we got there it wasn’t busy So I looked for a color for my nails and toes(they have very limited colors) as I was looking for a color the lady kept telling me to sit down to get my toes done but i wasn’t ready yet(like I said it was empty so I don’t know what the rush was) she did my toes “okay”. I also got my nails done, I could tell she didn’t put enough acurylic on already because they looked super thin but I thought in my head maybe it’ll be okay. The next day one of my nails broke off so I thought of myself I was going to call Monday to get it fixed not really thinking much about it then on Monday befOre I called two more of my nails broke so I called she said she would fix them then as soon as I got off the phone another one of my nails broke! At this point I’m pretty mad because my nails should never break this much especially if I just got them done. When I go in to get them fixed she tells me it’s not her fault and my nails are long and I shouldn’t have got them that long but I always get them long so I know that wasn’t the problem. I asked he if she could put another coat of acrylic on all my nails she tells me no and that she’s only fixing the nails that brokE and if another nail breaks then I will have to pay then she tells me to not come back and I told her I won’t! This is not a way to treat your customers. I was very polite and I always tip well all I wanted was for my nails to be fixed the right way. Oh and another one of my nails broke which led me to write this review so I hope other people don’t have to same experience as I did.

This place is awesome!! Been stopping in sporadically over the years and every time a great experience. Decent prices and quality work. Even fixed my pedi the next day when I messed up a nail.

The nails looked nice but my complaint was they don't put the nail close enough to your cuticals to make them look nice so you have to go back sooner. I won't be going back any time soon...

First time trying it this place. Hanh (sounds like Hannah) the owner was awesome. I will definetly be coming back here for all of my nail needs.

My mom and I both got pedicures and I also got a manicure. Very happy with the service and quality of our nails (even a full week after they were done, they look brand new!). The staff was very friendly and the environment was relaxing. Only thing I wish was a little better was the massage chairs. My didn't fully work :/ but overall, great experience. Feel like we got our money's worth.
