I moved in a couple months ago, and my experience has been great. Best part is how dog friendly the complex is. Maintenance is timely and professional. Dog mess in common areas are cleaned promptly. The city view is spectacular. The noise takes some getting used to. Very close to the river and maja park for dog walking . Receiving packages is mediocre, packages only delivered to south tower. Since Ida Flood storage area is a mess and set up in the movie area. The apartment was freshly painted and cleaned when I moved in , they forgot to vacuum before they painted. My window sill dried with the previous tenants hair in it . Overall it’s good. Safe area to get to know Philadelphia and all the wonderful things it has to offer.

The leasing office team and amenities were great. Perfect location. Close to the whole foods, target, cvs, Giant, Trader Joe’s and everything you need. Nice area for walking and biking. The Old Nelson market in the south tower was very useful and it had everything that you need. The pool is large enough and clean. We lived there for two years and we really were satisfied. If I go back to Philly, I will definitely choose Park Towne Place.

You have a furbaby, you gave to live here! 2 personal dog parks and amazing dog friendly people (well most of them)
Pool is lit during summer months! Apartments are spacious, kitchen layout is huge(maybe depends on bhk). Love the common spaces✨.
It's obviously expensive but given the amenities it's worth it. If you can make a good deal on rent you will mostly love it.

Recent pool expansion to indoor space is going great. You can now very conveniently swim from the elevator all the way to 676 and pick up food from the first ever underwater Old Nelson!
***UPDATE***
Due to a number of voiced concerns by the residents, the PTP management has rolled back the expansion in record time. The pool has been converted into an organic, gluten free and grass fed pond to help reduce stress and anxiety that some residents have experienced.
5/5 for PTP management response.

Since we moved in, in early July, we had AC problems several times, I reached out and complained many times but it looked like no one cared. From last month the crazy alarm problem and today on Christmas Eve, when everyone is going somewhere or having a party we are having a hot Water Outage! We had the same issue day before Thanksgiving! We are paying premium rent for the cheapest service. Problems in this property are not acceptable and don't make sense at all for what you are advertising. With the amount they are charging people they always need to have a backup plan, service quality is not acceptable at all!
