The nail tech did a horrible job on my pedicure. Polish looks sloppy its on my skin and my toenails are cut uneven.

I went here with my friend we had to wait for a chair to be available no problem. As we started talking we hear this lady going off about her manicure was messed up and needs to be fixed. The man was so rude in his exact words"Pay me my money and get out. If you don't like it go fix it." Then another lady goes off about her pedicure how shes bleeding and how rough the lady was. Me and my friend got up and walked out. The lady who was doing manicures chased us down saying dont go I'll do your nails we told her about our concern she pleaded with us to stay but ended up going to Queen Nails across the street thank goodness we did. Snow nail s need better customer service. No customers No business.
(This is NOT a "bad area" 😑)

I love getting my nails done at snow nails because lee is the best nail tech there and if you love your nails go to snow nails and ask for lee

They are very professional and nice. They do an amazing job. As I was there I realized just how much everyone loves them and their work ( they have a lot of regulars). I will be going back to them for now on. Thank you Lee and Jermaine for the good work

Been going here since I was 16 and I'm 28 now...I love it Lee and Jennifer do my nail and pedicure right every time
