Great atmosphere everyone is so nice Andrea does the best nails I've ever seen and the tanning beds are very good, get good color after one visit.. 👍

This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for a business, but today I was so sadly disappointed that I felt it was my only way of handling my feelings. First, let me explain that I am the owner/operator of a small business in the same area and was very excited to be able to do business with another small business. Having said this I will briefly explain my experience. I made an appointment for a Manicure and Pedicure for 1:30pm today Friday the 31st with the nail tech, also the owner. Being excited about treating myself to this I made sure I arrived promptly at 1:30. When I walked in I noted there were 2 employee there (stylists) but not the nail tech. I announced to the stylists that I had a 1:30 appointment for a Manicure and Pedicure. They acknowledged and asked me to have a seat, no mention of where the nail tech was. I waited and waited. Finally it was 2:00pm and I addressed one of the stylists as she walked past me, asking if she knew when the nail tech would be available? She answered, I don't know, I will try to call her. She returned stating that there was no answer so she must be on her way! On her way! Really I thought to myself. I waited another approximately 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from anyone. By now I am letting my emotions start to build. I gathered my bag, turned to the stylist and said I think having waited over 30 minutes with no phone call, explaination or anything was more than sufficient time and that I probably would need to leave. Her response was, all I can say is: SHE'S THE OWNER! Well, apparently her business is way more successful than it appears because she certainly will not keep customers by treating them in this fashion. I understand things happen, and that there may have been some unavoidable circumstances for her actions or lack of actions you might say, however, I am sure she has a phone and all she needed to do was make a call explaining. Addtionally, it has now been 3 hours since my scheduled appointment and I was hoping that she might have felt an obligation to call and apologize for today or have someone from her business call, but nope, no call!
How unprofessional. I am so sorry to post this review, but just beware if you make an appointment, they may not keep it! FYI I had to give it a star rating in order to post the review, I did "Hate" my service. I did not get it!!!!
