The salon is nice, clean, the staff are friendly and the work is decent. Most people wouldn't be too terribly nit picky as me I'm sure (I'm OCD and hyper aware), however, I speak some mandarin, Korean, and Chinese, as does my boyfriend- him more than me. I had been on the phone one day and one of the workers was talking to a coworker about my weight and how I need to eat a salad. What they didn't know was one, boyfriend and I understood what she was saying. Two, I have a thyroid condition that causes me to gain weight. Three, I'm bloated from having something going on with my gut that we are just now starting to figure out. Finally, I was on my lady friend which made me even more bloated.

This is my go-to for getting my nails done. Their hours are convenient and the work is excellent. They are fairly good about meeting appointment times.

I've been there three times. First time for a pedicure was good. Second time was for acrylics, and he did a very nice job. Third time was poor. The man who did my acrylics did a pedicure, and 4 days later it still hurts. He used the callous shaver, but he went too far in three places, and I have open sores. He also dug in on two toes, and drew a bit of blood. He also dropped the scrubbing sponge on the floor while scrubbing, then picked it up and reused it. There was no rudeness, they were friendly. They charged me the appropriate amount. I wasn't going to say anything, but I think maybe they just need a little more training and will be excellent.

I went up to pay and she said $45.00 THAT was my total when i went up to pay not a price they suggested before hand. I paid on my Card and paid a cash tip. I didn't look at the receipt when I signed or think anything of it, checked my account today they charged me $51! So I was charged more than I should have been and I also did a cash tip!!

Terrible place. Staff blatantly talks about you, in front if you. No respect, nor dignity as workers. Speak in Vietnamese about their costumers, while serving them. Never have I seen such disrespect, from a business and it's employees. Would not recommend, find a business that hires people who, have common costumer respect/service.
