Absolute worst nail salon ever, HORRIBLE customer service.
I went to this salon out of convenience (not my normal salon) and I deeply regret it. Decore decent, looked cleaned for the most part but experienced mosquitoes flying in and around my face while trying to relax.
Went in for a pedicure paid $25 for unpolished feet, toenail cut and filed so low to the skin underneath where it almost bled, tool used for cutting the dead skin around cuticles was over used so my cuticles are sore and lifting. When I kept voicing my concerns the man was making it worse with trying to fix it. When I told the woman (short/petite Asian woman with the mole on her face) told me I should have said something earlier or asked for help. The other man (taller Asian man with the darker complexion) agreed with her and argued with me.
I was disrespected and treated so poorly the police had to get involved. According to the officer this is normal for them as they always get complaint calls on this salon. The officer stated that he could see why I was not satisfied. I'm reporting this salon to let others know about my negative experience and to avoid this from happening to anyone else.

I went today to get my nails done for the first time ever! My experience here was wonderful! I don't know why all of the reviews are so nasty but the manager there was wonderful!! This place is most defiantly NOT over priced because I did some calling around to find the best price.... There was a very rude colored woman who came in and pretty much demanded the attention from the manager while she was in the middle of doing my nails... HOW FREAKING RUDE!!!!! Wait your turn lady this isn't hollywood and you aren't the only person on this planet... ANYWAYS, I will for sure be going here for a VERY long time because my customer service experience from the manager was GREAT!!! Thank you for VERY SUPER cute nails!

Under New Ownership thankfully !! The new Owners are so kind and they provide a great service and the cost is CHEAP! I would definitely try them again ... you will be happy with your service :)

Rude, rude, rude. Worst pedicure ever. I was miserable and uncomfortable and should have trusted my instinct to leave. The owner was horrible nasty to me. My pedicure itself was horrible and chipped in less than 5 days. AND just to top it all off, I left my $60 shoes there, and when I called, the owner gave me three different stories about what happened to my shoes. She finally hung up on me. Long story short, shoes are GONE. I will never, ever return to that salon, and I highly recommend that everyone stay away and put that nasty woman out of business.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!! I walked in one afternoon to get my eye brows waxed. And they were so nice and polite, answered all my questions and as I was walking out looked at the place and it was super clean. I will defiantly be back for a mani/pedi. Gave me a list of services and prices. Extremely reasonable! I would spread the word!
