Made me wait an hour without telling me a wait time. Beyond frustrated at the lack of communication. They didn’t seem too busy either. Only one person was ahead of me in line. bummed out. Probably won’t go back

This is my second time here, and the first was phenomenal which is why I decided to go back. Well I guess there is a balance to everything because my experience was awful this round. I am not one to cause public scenes so I swallowed my anger. I initially went in to get a dip set as well as my eyebrows, one person began doing my nails then swapped out to a young man who had no clue what he was doing . I am embarrassed to even take a picture of my nails and post them to show. Let us start with he drilled right through 2 of the tips and was planning to leave 1 of them and just dip it anyway had I not said something even though he was clearly aware because his coworker pointed to that very nail and proceeded anyway. He reluctantly fixed it after I said "um you are aware of the hole right?"(I wear my nails short and rounded) they are various length and shape right now. Once I saw the kind of service I was clearly in for there was NO way I was letting them touch my eyebrows . I paid left very little tip (purposely) and ran. I am now on my way to another shop to see if they can clean up this mess. If I ever go back in there I will assure he will not touch my nails again, but unlikely I'll go back there again.

The worst nail shop ever! I waited for over an hour and 30 minutes in the pedicure chair, and they had the nerve to start working on a couple, that came in after me, before me. I should have walked right out when I saw the cheese grater being used on feet. My first and last time. Horrible customer service. Go if you have time to waste.

Went on Easter Sunday morning for my first time. I've had up and down experiences with nail shops so this place was recommended by a girl at the gym. They were nice and talk to you. They have a lot of colors but being new I was lost. A young girl came a helped me and she helped me with my dip maincure. Cost me $52, that includes the $7 manicure. Going back for sure b/c my nails look great and have gotten several compliments!!
