I've been going here for 5+ months for pedicures and fill in's with Gel. Kim was my nail tech she's also the owner of the salon and the other nail salons in Thomasville. I had been satisfied with the services until this week! I needed a new set and decided do a different shape the coffin/ballerina they are the same. I had been wearing Squoval ( squrare with oval ). I was very dissatisfied with my nails they were misshaped curved on one side flat on the other leaning to the left or the right. The tip that should have been flat and squared was not straight. Some were round some slanted. The nail beds were flat. The sides were rough and snagging, acrylic underneath some of the nails. I tell her I'm unhappy with them. She states she would fix them. No problem anyone can have an off day, I'm cool. Then she starts to speak in her native language, by her tone I could tell what she was saying wasn't pleasant. She takes my hand rather aggressively and starts filing all erratic on the nail and my cuticle. Then she starts back speaking to all the other techs in the salon. By this time everyone in the salon is aware that there was a problem because of her behavior. Then she calls over another tech I think maybe her husband. He just takes liberty and takes my hand and inspecting my nails. I stated to Kim the owner that I did not want anyone coming over here and touching my hand. She blows up telling me my nails are shiny, I agree they are shiny but they are not the way I want them and that I'm sorry that she's offended and that anyone can have a off day and that her reaction to a customer not being satisfied is unprofessional, that we could have set her and taken care of this without anyone else even knowing there was a problem. However you are choosing to make a big production out of it. That really sent her off she tells me it's because it's a different shape for me and I let her know it's not a new shape for me, I have worn 99% of all the shapes that are out. Then she says they are flat because they are a new set and that they get better with each fill in... What? No a new set is the best. Then she wants to tell me she been doing this for a long time and that she was done and it's just me! There was something in the delivery that didn't feel quite right. Thru all of this I did not raise my voice or disrespect her. Again she says your nails are pretty it's you. Once again I tell her I don't have to accept substandard work and I'm paying for quality work and to be treated with respect. I have been going to nail salons, I'm sure longer than she's been in business. I have never encountered this type of response and behavior. If I was unhappy with anything they would correct it with professionalism and a smile. She was applauded that I had the audacity to question her work, The Owner Kim...,.. I don't recommend this place to anyone and any of the clients that was there I'm sorry you had to witness this behavior from a professional. If I was a client and witness this I would not come back. To her employees I'm sorry that you have to work for a person that behaves in this manner. She's needs to learn you don't treat clients like this. I will drive a hundred miles or buy some press in's from the Dollar Store before I ever step a foot back into any of her nail salons. I'm sure I'm not the first she has treated like this!!! The picture I posted with the lavender nails is what my nails should have looked liked!! What I received was the green and silver misshaped nails!!

Paid for gel polish that never dried & literally peeled off while still in the store. Employe disgruntled that I wasn't happy to have 3 nails peel off and still charged for 8 fingers. Told me I put bubbles under the gel polish or I must have hit it. Maybe their polish is old or maybe they refilled gel polish with Nickelodeon slime. Either way, this was the third time I tried getting my nails here and I've had a horrible experience each time.
