It was way over priced for low quality nails. The man was rude when I pointed out that he had my nails so uneven and I wanted it corrected. He half ass corrected it while having a attitude and then told me to let it dry while he smoked a cigarette. Polish was bubbly and smeared before I even left. He was rushing me out so he could close while my Polish had no time to dry at all. Not even a week later two of my nails have broken in half!! They are no good. I wasted 40$ for nails that didn't even last a week! I will never return or recommend anyone to go here. Ever! Even if I just needed a wax I wouldn't choose here!! And I'm just rating it one star because I have to but by choice I wouldn't give it a star at all!

That atmosphere is extravagant but that is where the compliments end. It was practically empty of patrons and I still had to wait on a technician to take care of me. The nail color I had selected for NextGen was apparently stolen by the last patron to use it??? So I settled for a similar color. He was not delicate and the lady next to me also complained of the strength he used with the drill.
While drilling, he caused me to bleed, told me not to complain, and then failed to correctly clean up the cut. The top coat had bubbles, bulges, and was unevenly applied. When asked to correct it, I was simply given a 5% discount. 1 week later 3 of my 10 nails have cracked or broken.
Never ever going back. I need good service not an indoor water fountain...

My nails look nothing like the pic I wanted. I wanted nothing hard but I have globs if color. They look hideous. Will be going back tomorrow to get them fixed. I paid 100 so it better be free or i want money back.

25 strokes per nail, 1.5 hours for not much more than polish change. Left the salon with globs of polish and streaks on my nails. Nice young man with NO experience and even when guided couldn't not do the manicure. My third trip and I won't go back. People disappear when you're sitting waiting, they have little/no skill, I wonder if they are even licensed? To top it off they told me two credit cards "didn't work". When another person tried to check out they discovered their technology to process credit cards was not working. Avoid at all costs, poor service and unskilled team. Worst of all, they don't care.

BEWARE!! Way overpriced and rude to make matters worse. They agreed to do mani pedi at the same time (store was empty) and one of techncians is clipping her own nails while she is soaking my hands. Then she disappears, twice in the middle of the manicure. 45.00 for basic no frills mani /pedi ; 2 clients walked in and walked out after hearing the price.
