I booked a couples spa package that was featured on their website. Even though I booked it nearly a week in advance and was told accommodations were made for an additional massage therapist to be there, they still cancelled the night before due to "being down a massage therapist and completely booked otherwise." They did offer a 20% discount to reschedule for another time, but after booking it for our Anniversary, and then not having time to find another place, I'm not sure I'm comfortable making a reservation and actually depending on it. I was left in the lurch with no plan or gift. I can't recommend them, but will recommend having a backup reservation for yourself just in case they fall through.

Even 2 days would have been better notice than the night before. I appreciate that things happen, but knowing there was an even bigger window where I could have been alerted and allowed an opportunity to look elsewhere only makes it worse, not better. It seems that if staffing more than 2 therapists for these scenarios isn't possoble, there may need to be other things addressed, or perhaps the service requiring 2 should be removed. Poor planning on management's end.

Everyone is super nice. Kristina our masseuse was knowledgeable, easy to work with, very accommodating, and an expert in her field. She gave my wife and myself each a massage and we left feeling better than when we arrived. Welcome to Boise, Idaho Kristina!

This has been my hubby and I's go-to salon for our Anniversary almost every year. I called all 3 locations to schedule a couples massage for our Anniversary, which is in a month, and all 3 locations stated they only have 1 therapist. According to their website, they still offer couple's massage so not sure how that's possible with one therapist. I called a different salon that we've never been to and they had no problem booking us. A bit disappointed in not being able to uses our normal spa but excited to try a new one.

The address for the meridian location is online, posted with the phone number for the Boise location. So when my bf called and set up a happy bday color/cut I showed at meridian location only to find out it's not open. Huge waste of time/money/gas/energy dealing with this place. By the time I got back home and figured out how this all happened, they offered to have me come in to Boise location but by that time they could only offer the color OR cut but not both. Seriously?? You just lost at LEAST a hundred bucks for today PLUS all the times I will never be coming back. Seriously lacking on your customer service.

The worst place I have ever gone to get my hair and makeup done!!! I was told by both the girls they didn’t have time to do the style I wanted and also said they don’t specialize in anything I wanted done! Had the girl put fake lashes on and they aren’t even blended with the real ones. You can clearly tell they are fake! Never been more disappointed with my hair & makeup! So now I have to go spend double the money to have it all fixed! Would never even suggest my worst enemy to go there!
