Clean, bright, and very chic! The techs that worked on my nails were so attentive and detail oriented.
The place was clean and the staff friendly! The lady who done my nails was very precise about her work . She was very gentle with everything. I Will definitely be going back

Best gel manicure I have ever gotten!! I've been looking for a good place in Los Angeles for over a year now, and this place is definitely it!

My gel manicures usually last at most 10 days, but my most recent one has lasted me a MONTH. I'm also not careful with my nails at all, so I'm seriously amazed by this.
Tip: bring cash for a tip !!!

It was packed but I got called for my eyebrows in 3 minutes. The woman who did them was very nice and sweet. My eyebrows look great! Although I felt a bit rushed like they want to keep it short. Possibly because of them having to run through so many people. Overall I'm happy and will come back for eyebrow waxing. ☺️

Nails looking good but did you have to cut my skin off? 4 nails cliped and one toe. the mans hands were dirty and he was straight up coughing on me while lotioning my hands. He threw hella alcohol on my hands several times cause he knew he cliped me up. I still tipped spent 45 on a gel mani/pedi not bad should last awhile just praying i didnt catch anything.😐

I've been coming to this iNails location for about 2 years now and today, I had the absolute worst experience. The lady who did my nails seemed like she was in such a hurry. Mind you, I walked in at around 12:30 PM on a Tuesday and the salon wasn't busy yet. While prepping my nails, the lady clipped my skin off! I started bleeding and she did NOT even apologize. She continued on with the half ass job she was doing. Every time I would need to switch off my nails for the UV light, she would literally throw my hand in and pull my other hand closer to her to apply the gel nail polish. My nails were short when I walked in and she was filing them like there was no tomorrow. As you can see in the picture, both the gel and the nail polish were everywhere. She did an absolutely terrible job! But knowing how it is working with customers, I did not make a scene and politely gave my tip, paid for my TERRIBLE service, and walked out. I absolutely hate this nail salon and I would NOT recommend to anyone! Channel is the only one who is nice and very friendly. Everyone else doesn't seem like they wanna be there half the time.
