I love this place,they are very polite and even though my nails need to be filled they are solid and not falling off, I have never had nails not fall off once they have grown out,this place is awesome and the pedis are great too

Worst pedicure I've ever had. It was like he didn't want to do it. He went really fast and then did a horrible job with polishing my toes. It looks like a 5 year old polished my toes. I also got a full set with gel polish and that waa rushed threw as well. I went to purchase a white nail polish to repolished my toes. Probably want come back to this nail salon. Got pretty busy and I didn't have the time to complain and wait to have toes repolished.

Walked in (with an appointment) and showed them a picture of what we wanted done. 1 hour and 45 minutes later... they then decide to tell us they can not do what we had asked for. What a way to ruin my woman’s birthday!!! Was not even apologetic and acted as if they did not care. Horrible experience and will never be back!!!!

We were contacted by the Manager whom wanted to make the bad experience right. He done an amazing job, and My wife was really happy! Thank you for what you done!

My fiancè decided to surprise me with a nice little spa day for my birthday on today. He booked and appointment and everything but I still had to wait on them to finish with another client 🙄 I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted done and he stated that he could do what I asked for. After starting on my nails and getting to the marble nails ( an hour and 45 minutes later ) he then decides to tell me he couldn’t do my marble nails because they don’t carry clear tips. So instead he does ombré nails and stated that if I don’t like what he did he’ll just take them off . And just like that my birthday has been pretty much ruined and I tell him to just go ahead and take them off. He didn’t apologize, acted as if he didn’t care and started to handle my hands a bit rough when taking off the nails. The guy who did my pedicure completely ignored me the entire time after asking what color I wanted. I let him know what color and also that I wanted acrylic. He didn’t even stop to make sure it was the right color (which it wasn’t) AND I didn’t get acrylic like I asked 🤦🏽♀️ I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly.
