I got there and sat in my chair for 20 minutes with no spa water waiting. Never used a pumice rock on my calluses. Cut my toes all crooked none of them match. The gel glitter was not the one I chose though I was argued with about it and the color was way brighter than what I chose. Whole thing was terrible.

Yesterday was my second time going to Hollywood Nails at the mall. The first time I paid about $80 (tip included) for a gel manicure and signature gel pedicure. My pedicure was good but my gel manicure lasted only a few days before chipping. I've never had that happen with a gel manicure.
Yesterday I had a gel pedicure and again it was good. But my manicure was a nightmare. I didn't get a gel manicure this time because last time it sucked. I asked the girl if they had a regular nail polish that was close to the gel one I was getting on my toes and she said "yes". Then another customer walked in the door and she told Jennifer (the woman at the front desk) that she was done... my nails weren't even painted. She rushed through 2 coats and left. Not only did she do a horrible job painting them but she didn't let the paint dry between coats so it was super thick and now there were bubbles and bumps in the polish. Jennifer came by and I told her just that. She looked at me like she had no idea what I meant and just had a bad attitude... she just stared at me and said nothing. Finally my pedicure tech asked her what the problem was and Jennifer said "I don't know, something about bubbles", rolled her eyes and walked away. Mind you, I had told her about my awful gel manicure last time when she tried to push another one on me this time. She has ZERO customer service skills. Her personality is as bad as my manicures have been.
Anyway, my pedicure tech said she'd finish my manicure, I had wanted sparkles on top and that's all that was left to do but the manicure tech was so consumed with getting to the next client that she brought the wrong polish so after my pedicure tech painted my nails it was not even close to the color of my toes (my toes were pink, my fingernails silver). After realizing the mistake she tried to fix it the best she could and I appreciated the effort but by the time I left my nails were so thick and gloppy that they're rough and sharp to the touch. I honestly couldn't wait to get home to take off the polish on my hands. It was horrible and I didn't say anything bc my pedicure tech really did try to fix the manicurist's mistakes, my nails had already been done twice and I really appreciated the fact that she cared so I just figured I'd go home and take the loss. All in all, if you're going for a pedicure you'll have a somewhat decent experience, they're good but not great and definitely don't get a manicure there, those suck.
One last thing I should note, definitely don't go with a sleeping baby in a stroller. Jennifer is super loud and obnoxious and the manicurist was practically yelling on her phone while her phone was on speaker. One of the girls were trying to be helpful by moving the stroller but she ended up backing it up into a wall and then tilting it sideways to get unstuck only to wake up a very pissed off toddler. Totally ruined what I thought might be a tiny break for a very tired and pregnant mom. I left there so tense and stressed out. What a nightmare.

I love this salon and have been going for years. Occasionally try other salons closer to my home and always go back here for the fact that the nail techs do a better job. I have Sueann do my nails usually. All are very professional and experienced. Also, like that the salon is always clean!

If i could leave no stars i would. I got moved from one person to the next. I told the lady i wanted pink and white tips, she painted the white on which looks terrible. I would not recommend going here!

If I could give 0 stars I would! By far the worst service ever! I’ve been a customer for 2 times already and always left a tip but today was horrible! Nail lady said “are you done yet” when I was looking for a nail color so rudely so I decided to leave and then she yelled to her manager that I was leaving so she quickly came and was showing me more colors so I decided to give it a second chance with a new nail lady that I had my last visit. I told the lady I liked the way she did my nails last time. But today she did them so fast and didn’t ask me how long I wanted them she just cut them short and I like long nails. I didn’t say anything until later but they didn’t care. I was really upset with how bad they came out and how rude they were so I didn’t leave a tip and I was crying so my bf came back and said that I was unhappy with the way they came out and they called me stupid and wouldn’t give him a refund! PLEASE DON’T GO HERE! I should’ve read the reviews a long time ago about the rude staff! It really is not worth it! They always charge me different for the same thing! One says matte is $5 the other one says it’s $3! DONT COME ITS HORRIBLE!
