Such a great place- don't be scared away because it's in a Walmart! They are very accommodating with scheduling, take their time on my nails, and do a great job every time! Very particular technicians which is wonderful! Highly recommend :)

Apparently their time is much more valuable than yours. Appointments have no meaning to them even for loyal customers. Save yourself the headache and go to Hollywood Nails.

I was going on vacation so I decided to get my nails done. I told him I wanted an acrylic set and they told me to pick out my color. I was originally told that and then acrylics that is $35 which is normal. By the end of it he told me I owed him $50 because of the nail polish we used. I was never told that the nail polish was going to cost more then regular nail polish. I was told to pick a color and it happened to be a gel color. Never did I say I wanted a gel nail polish. But since it was done I had to pay for it. Overall it was a decent job except for the crust bits that were left under my nail. Also close to the end of my appointment someone locked in for fill and he finished and rushed through the rest of my manicure just to hop over to the next customer. At first he seemed to be nice and a little social and then by the end it seems kind of rude and snippy. He was all about the business and not the customer service. Overall the nails look fine it just the service needs to be upgraded and tell the clients exactly what they're getting and exactly what they're paying for.
