I've been coming here from the time they just opened up and my experiences have been very consistent and on point every time. It's always a pleasure and leave every time satisfied with my services. Always get a gel full set with designs from Bi and she doesn't disappoint. Que does my feet and I have no complaints whatsoever as he takes his time and my feet not only is baby soft but that massage I get is everything.

I’ve been going to this place for a while 8yrs and it’s Always a hit or miss but, yet still I continue give them my business. This time was the last time….. The nail tech was rough, rude and gave me different prices…. I did a full set and pedicure. When I asked for pointed tips he was upset and said it’s $5 more… I paid $83 total and hated my nails and still had to scrub under my own feet again!!! I will not be going back! Sorry…

I've been going to this location for over 10 years, Sandra must have been having a bad day, or forgot what an appointment means. I made an appointment for waxing, when i arrived at my appointment time there was someone in her chair. I kindly waited then was called to her station by her husband, while i was walking over heard another client state she was here before me. He replied I had an appointment. While sitting in the chair Sandra is loudly speaking in her native tongue and she is roughly moving my head , you can feel the discontent in her mannerisms let alone see it, to the point where she dropped her instrument on me, I had to tell her take a deep breath honey. She goes on to start complaining about my eyebrows and how much time and effort she needed for my brows so much so a waiting customer left, and when she does eye brows its easy. I advised her that's why I called to make appt, its up to her to say yes or no. i allowed her to complete her job, i left unhappy however i wasn't going to allow her to mess my eyebrows up cause she doesn't know how to deal with her feelings and emotions. i went in today as i was referring a couple of coworkers to her as they needed the same services done, however I will no longer refer or ask Sandra for her services again. Very disappointing.

My experience was not nice at all. I have to say they rush you in and out ! I usually go to a personal nail tech but she was booked so I decided to try Beyond nails and was not satisfied.The guy that did my nails was super rough I had to tell him “not so rough please” . There was a lady Sitting next to me getting her nails done and the guy told me to put my nails under the UV light to the right of me (I’m guessing it was not his uv light) . The nail Tech next to him yank the machine while my hand was still in there . And didn’t even say sorry all she said was “put your hand back in baby” because she realized I was not happy about that . To top it all off my nail tech didn’t even finish my nails before he went to the client next to me . He never said I was finished he just got up and went to the next seat. While my hand was still in the uv light 🤦♀️ And I said “ wait am I done?” He said “yes” I said “you didn’t even finish this hand that’s in the UV light” Then he came back over to file my hand and put the oil on my cuticles and then told me I was finished. Never had that happened before . They were very cold and not welcoming! Overall my nails can out decent. Only because my nail tech has my nails healthy so all he did was an overlay and gel polish and that was messy but decent enough until I can go back to my original lady. Never again !
