Bought a Groupon for a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The girl took me down to a cold and smelly basement to give me my facial. After washing my face with a foam cleanser wiped it off with paper towels. Then proceed to put on a face mask that was so cold it felt like it had been in the refrigerator! After that I went to get my pedicure and was soaking my nails in acetone to remove the acrylic. The girl told me to scrape it off while she did my pedicure so she wouldn't have to do it. I was supposed to get a french pedicure and the girl used a horrible pink color that she gobbed on so thick and painted so horrible I have to re-do it myself. She barely even filed my heels and no other part of my foot. When she was done and I had been scraping acrylic off my nails and it was stuck all over my hands she told me to go to the table she will take off the rest. Well she never buffed the rest of the acrylic off my nails, she didn't cut my nails after the acrylic was removed she just tried filing them down all brittle leaving jagged edges! I had to tell her just to put a clear coat on. Because I had to again go home and cut my finger nails and buff them and paint them myself. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had and am spreading the word about them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Wasn't even worth the $22 or the $10 I had to pay to get my acrylic off.
