They didn’t do the shape that I requested which was square and I then came in to have them fix it and they said they couldn’t fix it without shortening my nails which were already too short and too think (acrylic) . They would have to completely redo the full set but they wouldn’t. They said I had to wait for the guy that did them to do it but he did a horrible job the first time. Horrible experience and the manager was not apologetic at all for how terrible my nails looked even though she agreed they were not the right shape. I have been coming for years to this place but the new management in new location is horrible and for how high their prices are I would recommend going someone else.

I just moved to Acworth area from Galena Illinois and I couldn’t find a nail place to save my vanity. I looked up Parisian and dove right in. They are so nice and professional. My nails! JOHN! Thank you for all your talent today. I LOVE MY NAILS. Parisian guided me to the nails that were right for me. Not thick. Light on the drill. Regular fills. SNS was my answer. I’m so happpppppppppy! I’ve had a lot of awful nails in my time. I’m a committed customer here.

The greeter/ manager was the rudest, most unfriendly person I have ever
dealt with. She was not only unfriendly but very prideful. As if she was
doing you a favor to come in to their salon. I pity the fact that they are
closing in east cobb and opening their salon in alpharetta. They don't
even know how to treat customers.

Worst experience...I always tip 20 to 30 percent and never voice complaints but today... I asked for fill-in and gel as last time. Guy says you have pink & white? I said yes but want same as last time. He charges me for pink and white and covers with polish. Last time was exactly same but $25- this time $40. Honestly shape is awful and polish doesn't give good coverage. Disappointed and do not reccomend.

I will never come back to this nail salon again. I will just stick to the salon that I usually go to (and LOVE). Unfortunately I did not have time to go to my usual salon so I stopped by here because I have been here before and my last visit was alright.
I go in and I am greeted by a worker but she did not understand me well. I asked her how much SNS nails would cost and she got "pedicure?" out of our conversation. I did want a pedi as well but I told her I wanted SNS nails too and asked again how much it would cost me. She heard me correctly the second time and I was told to pick out a toe color and a SNS color. I already knew what SNS color I wanted because I know the brand and nail color by heart. I asked the same lady if they had it and she RUDELY directed me to the SNS nail color book and told me to pick out a color. I repeated to her AGAIN the nail color AND brand I was looking for and she didn't understand me. Another worker had to help me out and finally he told me they didn't have what I was looking for. I decided to pick out another color and afterwards I was directed to the spa to get my pedicure. I was wondering why during my pedicure no other worker was coming to do my nails. Usually someone does your toes and someone does your nails at the same time. Then I just thought maybe they do it here separately. After my pedicure was done, the lady asked me to move over to the front of the salon to the drying table. That is when I finally asked about my SNS nails and how I was wanting to get it done. They completely forgot. It was already getting close to closing and I didn't want someone to just do them and hurry with it so I told them I would go somewhere else. They insisted that someone would do them for me but I kept saying no. I walk myself over to the drying table to dry my pedicure and after I was done, another female worker apologizes to me of what happened. The greeter that was rude from the very beginning (now I wish I knew her name) asked her in Chinese of what happened and wanting to know why she was apologizing to me.
I know that was long but just not a good experience here and I don't ever plan on coming back. I had to leave at least one star in order for this review to publish. That is why they got that one star.
