This place has gone downhill horribly. Was a customer from the beginning then stopped having my nails done for about a year. Went in last week and was helped by a woman named Hannah...horrible service, customer interaction, quality of work and communication was non existant. Put my feet in extremely hot water and when I took them out she literally slapped my foot and said "no no feet back in water". Yeah...NOPE!
Then the manicure. New set of acrylic tips. Cut way to short - 4 gone before I pulled my hand away. Her response was they will grow out not taking off. Then instead of asking for me to move my arm she would scoop up my elbow and pull me whichever way. Mind you the only heat source to dry my nails was to my right so I had no choice but to practice pretzel poses.
Then when I was ready to pay I realized I had no cash for the tip I got lectured and tolđ to bring cash next time.
I could go on but to spend $90 and walk away with short ugly nails did not make me happy.

I have never had a worse manicure in my life. Never come here as I do not live in the area but I do not recommend. A dip MANICURE here doesn’t include the manicure part, lotion, cuticle oil or really anything except dipping your nails into powder. Will be going to my regular salon Monday to get a new manicure to fix. $40 for awful nails — don’t do it.

This place should be shut down. The reviews from people stating their obvious racism and unprofessional attitude back up my own experience.
Horrible experience. Rude greeting when I walked in, which is whatever: I can handle that if the quality is worth it. I paid sixty dollars for the most horrendous full set. I’ve gotten my nails done for 12 years and never had one break, two of these were broken the first day, one from tying my shoe. They were crooked, not filed right and altogether disappointing, especially for the ridiculous price. I’ll never go back.
P.S. in response to the owner thinking I’m stupid enough to leave a review on the wrong business: sorry but no. I moved here recently and your place was the first one I went to to get my nails done. You have a tiny little building with about two parking spots off Winchester St. close to the college. So thanks anyway. Also it's New Hampshire not "Hamshire".

Love Helen's Nails, they are all very friendly, and enjoy pampering myself in a relaxed atmosphere! I left my very expensive wedding band set there, took off while she did lotion, and checked out without even thinking about it. One of the girls caught me before I left parking lot, I can't thank her enough for her honesty and for making my night.

I love Helen's nail salon. They all are so kind and friendly. I am never dissatisfied, and always look forward to my next appointment. I have been a steady customer for over 4 years and highly recommend.
