Very pleasant and clean. Very friendly staff, everyone is well trained. They give you a menu with printed selections and prices so there are no surprises when you check out. They don't try to up sell you. The prices are fair, the work is good, the people are friendly, the facility is clean and modern, it didn't smell like chemicals in the studio. They also do waxing and facials.

I had the most amazing time here. I got the best pedicure package off the menu and had an awesome pedicure with foot and leg massage. I'm still daydreaming about it, I felt so wonderful after. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend Ashley for eyebrow wax, everyone else gives me two completely different eyebrows.

I was in last night, I was told to sit in chair 4. Waited waited and waited. Finally i got up and left. No one noticed no one cared. One of the worst places in Hollister. Ill continue giving my $ to San Jose instead of the community I live in. They are in need of a real Manager and customer service. FYI it wasnt that busy.
