I really wanted to like this place because I live right around the corner so it’s very convenient to walk here and the staff are friendly. However, I got a no chip polish change, a polish change because I am a nail technician myself, so I can do all the prepping. I’m very picky on who preps my nails since most salons use just the drill to prep.... anyway, not sure how the technician could mess up a polish change. But it was just horrible. The polish was not close to the cuticle at all and this is just 4 days after the service. A decent no chip should last at least a week and a half. There was a way to post the picture of my nails

WARNING: Please read before booking an appointment with them or receiving their services. To start off, the service was good. They are friendly; however, with a manicure, they do not cut your cuticles (this is the first place I’ve gone to that doesn’t do that.) in addition, I requested to have gel used for my fake nails. I went on vacation two days later and my nails were coming off within LESS THAN A WEEK. On top of that, I received their pedicure service and the nail polish was chipping off by the next day. This tells me that the quality is just not there. They have officially lost my business.

I had a great experience at KT. Everyone in the shop was very professional and friendly. My nails tech did a great job on my no-chip fill in and pedicure. He was super fast without rushing ( I was in and out in just under 90 min). Most importantly, he got the shape down just right. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great manicure and pedicure with my partner a couple of weeks ago when we took a little staycation and wanted to relax. Everyone wore masks and was really pleasant. It was a bit busy and they seemed to have one less worker than usual, but they handled it really well.

Great service! Love my new set. While they do take walk ins, I definitely recommend booking ahead.
