I normally go to walmart on 78 to see Mai but she stay busy and booked so I decided to try nail love . Big mistake they don't have enough nail techs. I was getting SNS and sat there soaking for 40mins finally the lady come to do my nails she seem really rushed and unsure on how to do SNS she was all over the place no kind of format of how to do SNS and it was not a great job the filing was not good and the accent nail horrible. It was soo much rework on the nails I spent 2 hours in a nail shop . I will pass and next time just wait on MAI.

I’m giving 3 stars because the lady Lisa who did my brows did an excellent job and she was friendly
However the lady who polished my toes did a HORRIBLE job. My 12 year old polished better than her.
The polish was thick and messy.
I will only return for Lisa to do my brows that’s it

While sitting patiently waiting to get a manicure I was accused of stealing by one of the lunatics working there. Apparently she thought I took money from her nearby purse when she couldn't find it the first time she looked in the purse. I asked her if she was referring to me and she repeatedly yelled at me "yes you took my money". All this happening while she is rummaging through her purse and of course she DID find the money she accused me of taking. Let me tell you these people are disgusting in how they would like to jump to conclusions and to treat you, especially if you are Black. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not be fooled and go spend your good money elsewhere. They have no respect for people and I wouldn't waste my money or my time there.

I would totally recommended the way they do my eyebrows is totally professional! The prices are amazing for the services they provide my manicure and pedicure came out great
