Nics wife 😆 The first time I was in there I asked for pink and white full set. He gave me what I think was a gel full (because he used two colors) set but charged for a pink. I came I to get a fill and repair a nail and he filled me with only white instead of the pink and white. I'm confused at this point but whatever he still did a decent job. Then I come back today because I needed a nail repair. An old lady worked on my nails this time and I guess she didn't want to because her attitude was horrible..she acted very irritated. Then she did two different colors. So now I have nails thay don't even look close to the same. She knew this because she kept comparing them. Too many other good nail salons that know what they are doing. I WON'T BE BACK!

I'd like to start first by saying the work done here was well done. From what I gathered the shop is owned by a mother and daughter. At my visit there was one outside hired woman present who end up doing my pedicure for me. There are set ups for 4 workers however and it was a quite day so I'm assuming there's probably one other outside worker who was off The lady who worked on me was very pleasant. Quiet but polite which suited me fine. The daughter also seemed pleasant. She worked on another woman in the shop and while I cannot speak for her work personally, the customer seemed satisfied. My problem is with the mother. . To a point that my only reason to lower my rating from a 5 to a 3 was that woman. The daughter had a child who was somewhere around 1 and adorable.. no problem at all to have her in the shop. But the entire time the other woman and I are worked on the mother is sitting at manicure table watching a film very loudly on a iPad in a foreign language. The two younger speak great English and I understand a lot of places like this you find the hardly speak it at all.. but the mother was constantly speaking her native language. . Which is okay. But it was loud and obnoxious and far to constant. She sat there chomping on popcorn which was absolutely disgusting.. no manners at all. I know they have a back office because I saw them go back several times and they have a one way window into it. So why sit in front of your customers and blast them with your movie on top of the tv thats also located in their shop? It was anything but relaxing which is part of the reason I enjoy pedis so much. To top of the obnoxious mix of popcorn chomping, tv, and forgien film.. the way she cared for her grandchild worried me. Picking up the childs cup.. when I saw the drinking portion on the floor.. and then giving it straight to the child. I understand they probably clean well but I wouldn't do that in my own home. And then after the other customer left the woman gave the child a bath in the pedicure tub that the same woman had used. .. they wash feet in that.. and you're giving your 1 year old grandchild a bath in it? And even worse. . In front of customers? This lady has some serious problems. I would go back just because the lady I worked with was wonderful and did an amazing job on my pedi. The 50 $ package they have is fantastic but they have a basic for 30$ that is pretty substantial too. I'll just try to come in on a day that that woman isn't there. Or bring some headphones or something.
