Mrs Elizabeth is the kindest person working at Alief Square. She never makes me feel like im bothering her whenever i call the office and she gives accurate answers. She treats you like you're a person and not money being dropped off. So far i like Alief Square, i never had any of my packages stolen from my front door and the maintenance are always friendly. Its just the parking that can be a hassle sometimes but other than that it's cool.

What do you expect ? It is in Alief lmao. These apartments hood and trashy asfff. And I’m pretty sure there were people selling drugs in the units below and on the side of me when I lived there. It even smells like weed when u step outside lmao 😂.

The unit I live in is ok.. Only problem would be the dishwasher..it leaks and turns on by itself... The windows upstairs are in bad shape..mold all around..I had to spray with Clorox to try n kill the mold.. And why oh why would they paint the bathtubs.. All the paint is peeling it looks nasty and the paint clogs the drain... Gonna have to repair it myself cuz I doubt they gonna put new tubs and change windows or dishwasher.

I have to pay for parking because after 9:00pm their is no parking. The units itself are rundown and need at least more decent working appliances and an update on the pipes because in my apartment it would flood in the bathroom and kitchen even though maintenance came at 5 times to stop and fix the leaks. They are in need of a new gate. The one and only gate they have does not work, so it is left open because it will get stuck and not open unless forced open. The mailboxes are so beaten up that some unfortunate people have a mailbox with no cover or broken locks. I don't blame the people in the office for any of this or the maintenance, they are really nice & I see they try their best to handle the issues on the property. I blame the person(s) or company that own the property. Although the rent isn't that bad even with the pay parking, it feels likes you get for what you pay for here. For another $50-$100 you can get something better on Richmond or Westheimer. The reason I give them 2 stars is because they are doing attempts to change the property but for the mean while most current residents are in stuck in a runt.
Update: I left before the new year, and their is a severe problem with safety in this property. I was followed around the complex by someone at night throughout the complex. I reported it but I believe nothing has been done because some neighbors I talked to said they have been robbed or harassed at night. I am not trying to scare anyone away from here but addressing important issues.
