My new go-to hair stylist, Mona, did an amazing job on my balayage. I am beyond excited about the look she created. Even when my hair is straight, the highlights are perfectly blended. She nailed it. But what meant the most to me was how she was just as pumped to see it as I was. She really takes pride in her work and doesn't rush through the job. Mona is the best hair stylist and I'm so glad to found her!

Recently had my hair cut here. While the cut was nice, the rest of the experience was not. During the wash, a huge spot on the back of my shirt got wet and the stylist did nothing but dry it a bit at the very end of my visit. It was still soaked when I walked out. My stylist was extremely rough with my hair, I was almost on the verge of tears. She was rough during the wash, brush, and blow dry. The blowout was just ok. I was really put off when I saw two stylists (employees) wash their hair, dry it, and the style it. Your employees should not be doing their own hair at work. Finally, it was overpriced at $66 for a haircut. I will pay good money for good services, but this was not worth it.

I tried so hard to love my haircut but the fact of the matter is, I can’t get back the hair that was cut off. I explained that I was wanting for 1-2 inches to be removed, but instead had 4 inches cut off. My curls now don’t curl the way they used to and I’ve been wearing my hair up due to not feeling good about my hair. The layers were blended nicely, however, what good does that do if you don’t listen to your customer’s wants? Other than that, friendly people and nice atmosphere.

Holly is probably one of the only few people who knows how to deal with my hair! I have weird textures of curly and straight in my hair that leave it a mess for hair stylists to deal with and more often then not they end up messing it up. Holly has been able to give me the color and definition in my curls that I really like. Highly recommend her!:)

My stylist, Kimberly, recently began working at Serenity. Kim has been doing my color and cut for over 5 years. What she can do with color is incredible! Kimberly is the best colorist I have ever been to. She does amazing balayage and always has good advice to ensure my hair stays in top condition. Her advice has seen me through multiple health issues and surgeries which were hard on my body and my hair. After taking her advice on hair care, products and supplements, my hair condition began to immediately improve. Kimberly is also an excellent listener and friend to her clients. You won’t regret asking for her!
