Today was my first time coming here bc I am new to the area. Even though I read the reviews I acknowledged that they were a little older and gave this place a chance. I LOVE THIS PLACE. They were very patient, nice, and they sanitized the equipment in front of me. I got a pedi and a mani and I’m very impressed with the service. Thank you Cindy (mani) and Kevin (pedi)

Extremely poor hygiene and terrible customer service. The nail tech was trying to use dirty tools on my feet and I politely asked her not to. She said she would have changed it but she returned with the very same thing with a smirk on her face and all the female staff laughed and jeered in their language. There was a man cleaning the restroom. He came out to see what was going on but didn't seem amused by their behavior. Needless to say I did not get a pedicure. Unfortunately I had already done my brows so when I went to pay the lady in charge threw my change on the counter and walked away. Mumbling in her language. I have never had such an unprofessional experience anywhere let alone in the most dingy nail salon in town.
DO NOT GO IN THERE. YOU WERE WARNED.

I usually don't do reviews I'm just the person who looks at what others have to say . But this needs to be said. I've been coming to this salon since I was 4 years old. Never had a problem until I went last Friday. First off , I don't know what's going on in that salon but they don't know how to shape , I ask for square and they give me oval-square . It's like their not into their job anymore. Second , there's only one girl in there who can do eyebrows . She's been doing my eyebrows FOR YEARS ! No complaints. But on Friday , there was a new girl who did my feet and my eyebrows. AWFUL!! She kept using a napkin with alcohol on it every time she waxed my eyebrows and it burned every time . Then she puts wax on my eyelid and tries to use alcohol to fix it . ITS MY EYE !!! What's wrong with you ?!??!! Then she leaves wax on my brows and lower forehead , so my face became sticky . I'm never going back there again ! They really just don't care.

I've been coming to this salon for almost 20 years. They do a great job but they don't have enough staff, so there's often a little wait involved. That's the ONLY reason they don't get a five from me.
