I love my experience at crystal nails! James is the best they always make my nails look so pretty & they do 3D flowers as well. Also very affordable it’s all worth it!! I would suggest making an appointment in advance because they are always busy ! 💕💕

Under new management. An improvement I my opinion. James and his wife Jillian are wonderful. Both do excellent work. My nails have never looked better. Trust me, I'm very picky. They now offer a true spa manicure if you want it. Its priced a bit more but totally worth it.
The atmosphere is very relaxing and several updates to the store have been made. I just love it here and highly recommend it.

The owners have changed!!! Angela no longer owns it, and Lucky is out also. The new owner's name is James.
That being said, James did my nails and did a pretty good job. I'm happy with the result but it took a while to get there. While some salons will just file off the pink and white acrylic, he made me soak so he he could get another customer and I was there for 2 hours.
I used to use Lucky as he was good despite being rough.

Has new management, place is going downhill. My gel nail color did not last one day. Made an appointment in which the guy said come in and they will fix it, I go in they said no I dont remember you, after I said I just came here yesterday and made an appointment with MY NAME then they said come another day too busy. I said ok, no problem when should I come, she said it doesnt matter i said ok monday she said ok so I made the appointment for monday but please put me on ur book because I am making another appointment so then I just got ignored

Usually i just go to a nail place that is the cheapest but i came across Crystal nails last month and went back for the 2nd time yesterday because of how much i love my nails. James and Jillian are so cute they make me just want to support their business because of how nice they are. I brought in a design and while James was doing my fill, Jillian practiced the design and painted it when he was done which blew my mind. She was so patient and meticulous. I like conversation and relaxation when i get my nails done and i get both. Prices arent bad at all. $45 for gel fill, french manicure, and design. I always tip well because thats not that much when you break it down by hour. My nails are strong and didn't break like they did the last place i went. I called ahead and had no wait time on a Wednesday afternoon. This will be my only salon from now on. They did my eyebrows last time only $7. Easy location to get to, right off the highway and plenty of parking. Cant wait to go next time for Halloween designs by Jillian.
