Nice clean environment and a decent pedi but the massage chair is hard to operate and this manicure is embarrassingly bad. Without asking she filed my nails to the quick and they’re uneven too. I couldn’t even suggest that she clean all the blue polish out before putting the pink; she was rushing to close and didn’t understand a word I said. I came an hour early so they had plenty of time.
I hate this manicure and I have to wear it to my first day of a new job.

I have been using this salon since 2007. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff. I know that I will always receive quality work and professionalism from Cindy and her team. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I had a great experience here on a Monday afternoon...I usually find it hard to relax because my hands and feet are very sensitive and so cutting cuticles is something I opt out of. Jenny and Henry took great care of me and listened to my requests...I almost fell asleep! I will definitely come back!

NEVER AGAIN!!! The owner, Cindy, did my nails and completely botched my nails and cuticles. This was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I walked in and asked if she had time to do my nails, if not, I could come back on next week. She told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I did and she still was not ready for me. I patiently waited for 20 minutes, until she was done with the client she was servicing and then she began on my nails. She was talking and looking away continuously while doing my nails. Twice she hit my cuticles while filing with the machine, almost causing me to bleed. I told her of this and she said nothing at all. She was just rushing my nail job because she told another couple that walked in that she could do both of their nails in 30 minutes. They left and came back and when they did, that's when she went crazy on my nails. When she said that she was finished, I told her that my nails weren't smooth. She said, "Wait, don't look at the powder. You have to let me paint them first and then you'll see." Well, they still had dents and bumps in them all over, of course. Worst nail job ever. She wouldn't even fix them after I showed her how shotty they looked. I had been going there for over 6 1/2 years; never again. Save yourself a headache, time and money and peacefully go to Venetian Nails in The Vintage where they actually care about servicing their clients correctly and giving great quality and customer service; not just taking your money.

Cleanliness and Professionalism
Cindy and her staff are very professionals, friendly and clean. My mother and I have been going to this place for more than 10 yrs. Highly recommend them. Rebeca and Blanca
