Worst nail place ever. I came in to get tips with dipping powder and left with nails that are uneven, rough around the edges and the tip isn’t even sealed to my full nail! The first tech was a male (the one who seats next to the pedicure chairs) He was not able to put on the tips correctly which created dips in my nails, his hands were shaking the entire time, nor create a coffin shape I kept asking him to fix his mistakes over and over again so eventually he got up and let a woman name Tracey take over, it was a little after 6 so it was obvious they wanted me out of there so she quickly filed my nails which was a slight improvement to the overall shape but the work from the previous tech was detrimental. I asked if she could file the nails because they were rough and she did the bare minimum. I was at the point of tiredness and disgust and to be quite honest, just tired of asking them to fix the simple things that they as experts should already be aware of. It was obvious they did not care about the work they were performing and after being there for over 3 hours I was done. I paid and left. Instead of going straight to make a review I did call the owner the next day (today) and explained what happened he said I could come in and get them fixed on Monday. I don’t live in the area and I explained I’m leaving out of town this evening and asked if there was anything available today. He said he would look over the schedule and call me back. He never did call back and now I am stuck with nails that are not only poorly done but are not even flushed with the nails so now I have to get them taken of ASAP because the moisture and whatever else that will get trapped between the nail and tip will build up and grow bacteria.

I was going out of town Sunday morning and wanted to just get my nails polish with gel. I went in for the first as a walk-in . Asked the nail tech. How much is it for gel polish only she told me $15, so I said okay. The male nail tech did a good job but when it was time to pay he told me $17 . I did not argue since he had did a good job. That was the first discrepancy. He did my nails at noon and around 5pm that same day two of my nails were 1/4 polish peeled off . I did not have time to go back that day and was leaving the next morning on a 6:30am flight by the end of that day 4 of the nails polish peeled off and by Tuesday 6 nails polish peeled off. Embarrassing...I thought gel polish is suppose to last at least a week. 😟😟disappointing. I think the polish was no good or the quality of the gel nail polish not good. Maybe I should have taken a look at reviews before going in to get my nails polish.

This was my first time going here! Tracy did my nails today and she did great! My nails turned out beautiful. There was no price list up that i saw so i was a little surprised when it came time to pay, but it was worth it!

Clean, relaxing space; prompt, courteous, friendly service; and great nails in the end. I am very happy I stopped by on a whim, will be back!

Love this nail salon, all very friendly and prompt on walk ins. Never had a problem with any service.
