If I can rate 0, I would. Arrived on a Friday, 4:00. Waited 30 minutes, the only African American. 4 people were seated after me and they start on the one who arrived after I did. NEVER GOING BACK!

Love this place but not giving a full 5 stars because I did have an experience once with a new tech and I didn’t like my nails at all. I went back to the owner Kelly and haven’t looked back. So sweet and does a fantastic job.

I used to come here for years and I mean years.....They have changed! They always look so unhappy....and They never smile and say welcome or have any fun! I go to Nice Nails by the Jewel--very PROFESSIONAL!!
At Your Nails---The girl that sits up front with the long hair is the most rude!! She threw her brush down when I got mad at her for doing the wrong shaping of my nails.....They need to be more professional and more happy about what they're doing. I won't be back anymore-Nice Nails in the plaza by the Jewel is far far better and friendly!!!!

Don't go here! I got a pedicure and a full gel set. I went with two other people. The other two had started their pedicures before mine, but somehow I was the first one done. The girl finished and then passed me off to someone else for a full gel set. The man didn't speak much (fine by me). A few of my nails were crooked, and some were uneven/lumpy. However, I loved the color and he did a good job covering the whole nail, unlike other places I've tried.
After leaving here one of the other people I went with asked if I noticed any sterilizing equipment for the tools. I didn't... the nail clippers, files, etc were all in a basket that the girl who did my pedicure brought over. They did not come out of sterilizing bag/packs like the other places I frequently go to. I don't know if they sterilize their equipment. I was concerned, but tried not worry about it much... maybe they keep it in the back? We went before noon so maybe they just had everything ready to go for the day because they weren't busy when we walked in.
About 2 1/2 - 3 weeks later I took the polish off of my toes. My nails were starting to peel! I had a lot of damage to my my fingernails as well. I've taken of gel sets myself before and have never had this much damage to my nails. I will not be going here again.
