The nastiest nail salon I’ve ever been too!!! Had to wait 45min before being seated.The 2 nail techs were constantly stopping to text on their cell phones, the condition of the salon was extremely dirty, my nail tech was very rude not to mention rough, rough meaning she burned me 5x with the file, an pulling on my hands! My friends nail tech burned her numerous times too, she was very rough,also leaving polish all over her fingers! This nail salons nail polish selection is minimal, and you can tell it’s really old. As far as the quality of my nails on a scale of 1-10 I give em a 6. I’m a super busy working mother of 3 an getting my nails done is my only time to sit & have ME time. So needless to say I was pretty disappointed after my experience here! I just want to warn others....DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! 😤🤬

P.S) Since my awful experience here I’ve found out they’ve paid out a few different settlements to women who’s received very bad infections...from not cleaning nail equipment.

This place is amazing! The nail techs are amazing! For the location that we have in Urbana, you couldn't ask for a better place to get your nails done. The nail techs go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

I have been to this place three times. The first time, Jessica ( I believe that s her name, her table is by the sink) said since the last place used a gel top coat on my nails, it was an extra 5 to take off... all she did was sand it off. Then another 5 to to reshape them another shape is which is understandable for the first time... she did do a good job, but was extremely rude and so we're the others. The second time I went, they wanted to charge me 5 for stilleto shape which my nails were already shaped that way. I understand if u have to reshape them in a different shape but charge extra for the shape they already are??? They are the place i know that does this and rude again. That's ridiculous! The third was last night, I went with a friend. We were in the area and thought we'd get it done... I had the guy in there this time. I was getting a full set and my friend got a fill in. They wanted to charge me 40 for medium length and 5 extra for anything other than square. So for the 28 dollar price is nail length that meets the tip of ur fingers . My friend, when she was done ( she had jessica), she filed her nails so short that it didn't even look like she had tips on. I heard her ask for square with round corners ... no the were extremely short and round. Her thumb nail, the acrylic was coming loose, she removed it, sanded it and painted it. The girl that only paints toes and nail ( always wearing a Pokemon shirt) was painting a ladies nails and was constantly looking at my technicians phone reading texts.. I watched the same girl sweep and mop the floor. She swept, but it's still so dirty in there. No joke, I watched her mop while my friend was getting finished up, she wet a washcloth and scooted it around the floor with her foot. I couldn't believe it. when I washed my hands, their towels were wet still in trash bags. I will never go back.. I'm serious . I usually go to best nails and I won't go anywhere but there. I can't believe this place is still open.. if i could give it 0 stars I would!

AND YOU SAID : WE’VE PAID OUT FEW DIFFERENT SETTLEMENTS TO WOMEN WHO’S RECEIVED VERY BAD INFECTIONS.....,,...SERIOUSLY THAT WAS SO UNTRUE , COULD BE MISUNDERSTOOD . THAT NEVER HAPPENED SINCE I WORKED HERE
P/s : we have no record or recollection of any customer experience fitting this account, if she was a client of ours , we would like to investigate this issue further , SHE can contact us immediately at the Nail Shop so that we can resolve this issue immediately.
