I went in today at 9:50 am and no one greeted me. 10am another lady walked in she was greeted and serviced. 10:10am another White lady walked in and was greeted and serviced as I sat there for 50 mins not one time did anyone greet me or provide me service. I can’t even express the feeling of being ignored as if I was trash!! I recorded the whole incident and sent it to the channel 6 news.

I loved how detailed the man was that did my nails. He made sure my cuticles were PERFECT. I thought this would be the best gel manicure ever! I left the store very satisfied with their nail services. However two days after my manicure my thumb nail polish chipped, days later a few more chipped. I'm now almost 2 weeks out and 4 nails are chipped. I've had many gel manicures in the past, and I've never had gel nails chip before. My mom got her nails done and the man told her if they chip come back and we will fix them. This is great however I live 5 hours away, only come to visit a few times a year, and I went home before the first nail chipped. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I used to love coming here when they first opened... But in the last year their service has become so poor. I can tell when they are talking about and laughing about me and others as they speak in their native tongue. It is so obvious and it's almost like they don't even care either if you know or not.. I also noticed that they will assist and take care of their white customers first before they handle any of their minority customers whether or not if they came in first . I have experienced this myself many times when I have gone there. Not professional at all and I left the last few times with such a horrible taste in my mouth. Never going here again. Discriminatory and unprofessional.
