At first I thought that everything would be fine, but in the end HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! THEY RUINE MY HAIR!!!!!! I asked for a bob cut and I showed a photo and the stylist just cut my hair as if A COW HAD BITTEN IT!!! I hate HAIR LOFT!! The worst decision has been to go there!!!!
