Service is horrible.. some of employees are rude especially when you ask how long will it be.. never had a horrible experience like this before.. I have come here plenty of times.. today is the worst!!!! They need to do better with making clients feel welcome and not disgusted with them

I tried this location sometime before Christmas on my lunch break to get my nails done at this salon, the lady was fairly nice, however she was very aggressive and speedy with my refill which resulted badly on my nails.
I had to return later that day because one of the nails was not properly done and the paint was coming off.
I had to again return the next day due to the glue not being thoroughly dry, so the nails were starting to come up.
Will NOT be returning again to this salon.

DO NOT GO HERE, UNCLEAN UNPROFFESSIONAL, UNSANITARY! First time I went I choose my nail polish and the tech used a different color from what I had choosen. When I was asked her to remove it she kept talking about how beautiful it looked and kept telling me my nails did not have to match my toe color. Today I decided to give them another chance and the lady talked in a different language across the room to her coworkers the whole time. She even forgot a few steps while I was getting my manicure, I did not recieve my paraffin wax or arm hand massage. I noticed the nail tech washed her hands with gloves on them in the water my feet were soaking in instead of changing her gloves. She hurt me a few times when cleaning up my cuticles and giggled after I told her she was too rough several times. Mid way through my services she asked for payment and I paid. Afterward I asked to speak with the owner about my experience. She told the owner I lied and she had completed the service. The owner asked her to use the paraffin wax a give me and arm and hand massage. She did and wasted wax onto my pants. The owner did not care and I left without an apology.

This nail salon is one of the best nail Salon I've been too. They greet you with nice big smiles and always keeps you company as they're doing your nails. These ladies pay so much attention to detail it's amazing. My nails never looked better! I will definitely be back!

I love this place. I have been coming to the owners of the place since they were located elsewhere and named something else. Yes, there is sometimes a wait if you go during peak times, but totally worth it. Friendly staff, clean building, awesome service.
It used to be like that. Now all you are is another number to get money out of. They are rude, the wait is FOREVER, + I'm very disappointed with what has happened to this shop as of late. It is not what it used to be. The owner used to be super sweet and friendly and now she acts as if loyalty or common courtesy means nothing.
